Exactly how your project runs
Five steps. One matched engineer. One clear scope.
1
Free AI assessment
- What happens
- Tell us what is slowing down your business — no technical language needed — then book a 30-minute call with an AI project specialist. We tell you honestly whether AI is the right tool; sometimes the answer is no.
- What you see
- A plain-language summary of what's feasible, what it would roughly cost, and what results to expect.
- What you pay
- Nothing. The assessment is free with no obligation.
2
Scope the project
- What happens
- We turn the problem into a plain-language Statement of Work with clear deliverables, acceptance criteria, and timeline — criteria like “correctly processes 50 of your real invoices.”
- What you see
- The full SOW with the milestone breakdown and one written platform price for the whole project.
- What you pay
- Nothing at this step.
3
Matched project plan
- What happens
- We match the project with a vetted AI engineer and prepare one complete delivery plan: your matched engineer's relevant experience, the approach, the timeline, and the milestones — all at your one fixed price.
- What you see
- One complete project plan in your client portal, with clear approve / request-changes actions. You are not obligated to start the project.
- What you pay
- Nothing until you approve the plan.
4
Milestone delivery
- What happens
- Your engineer builds in reviewable milestones. Each one is submitted with deliverables you can actually check against the acceptance criteria you agreed to. Accept it, or request changes with a note.
- What you see
- A milestone board in your portal: criteria, deliverables, and clear accept / request-changes actions.
- What you pay
- You pay one milestone at a time before that phase begins. The engineer is paid after you accept the milestone.
5
Launch & 30-day warranty
- What happens
- Final milestone accepted means the system is live, documented, and owned by you — accounts, code, and data. For 30 days, defects within the agreed scope are fixed at no charge.
- What you see
- Documentation, a training walkthrough, and a warranty ticket button in your portal.
- What you pay
- Nothing further, unless you add optional monthly maintenance.
How payments work
You never fund the whole project up front. You pay one milestone at a time before that phase begins, and the engineer is paid after you accept the milestone — with our team reviewing each accepted deliverable. If a project stopped tomorrow, the milestones you haven't started are simply never invoiced — and everything already delivered is yours: the code, the accounts, the documentation.
Common questions
What if the proposed plan is not right for us?
Tell us what needs to change. We can revise the scope, timeline, or delivery approach before you commit. You are not obligated to start the project.
Who will I work with?
Meldrise AI assigns one vetted engineer to own the implementation. Your project plan explains the engineer's relevant experience, responsibilities, timeline, and milestones before you approve the work.
Who sets the price?
We do, during scoping — one fixed platform price in writing before you commit to anything. The engineer's compensation is handled by the platform and never changes your price.
Can I book a call before completing the assessment?
Yes. You can book a 30-minute call directly, although completing the short assessment first helps us prepare.
Can I talk to the engineer during the project?
Yes — you'll review milestone submissions and exchange notes directly in the portal, with our team monitoring every project's health behind the scenes.
What if my needs change mid-project?
Scope changes are written up as change requests with their own fixed quote. Nothing about your original price changes without your written approval.
