What we collect

Contact details you submit (name, email, phone, company), assessment answers, scheduling details when you book an assessment call through our scheduling provider (appointment time, timezone, meeting link), project materials you upload, and payment records processed by our payment provider. We do not sell personal information.

How we use it

To conduct assessments, scope and deliver projects, match each project with an engineer, process payments, send transactional email, and improve the service.

Who sees it

• Clients never see engineer cost rates or internal notes.
• Engineers see project scope and industry — not client billing details.
• Payment card data is handled entirely by our payment processor; we never store card numbers.

Data retention & deletion

To be completed by counsel: retention windows, deletion requests, data-processing agreements, cookie policy, US state privacy law compliance.
